Park your scooter in the parking zone outlined in the Uber app, making sure not to block a footpath, driveway, accessibility ramp, or area designated for foot traffic. Push the kickstand down and tap 'END RIDE' in the app to end your trip.
When you tap on ‘END RIDE’, you will have the option to either extend your trip by selecting ‘NO’, or continue to end your trip by selecting ‘END RIDE’. Once the trip has ended successfully, you will see a breakdown of the trip fare.
If you’re having trouble ending your trip, check to see if your phone is connected to a network. If you’re still unable to end the trip in the app, let us know by contacting our support team on 0800 005 666, via the Help section in the app, or via email (firstname.lastname@example.org).
If you are contacting support via the Help section or email, please include the following information in your message:
- The scooter ID number (located on the scooter stem)
- The location of the scooter (either current location, or location where you thought or tried to end the trip)
- The time that you are attempting / attempted to end the trip
