To locate your reserved scooter, walk towards the scooter using the walking route indicated in the map in the Uber app.
If you’re standing in the location indicated in the map but the scooter is not there, force close and re-open the app to refresh its location. If the map still indicates that the scooter is in your current location, contact support on 0800 005 666, via email (email@example.com) or via the Help section in the app. Alternatively, cancel your reservation and reserve a different scooter through the app.
If the scooter no longer appears in the app, your reservation may not have been successful and another rider may have rented the scooter. You can reserve another scooter through the app.
